MATT SCHUMACHER was educated at the University of Maine and the Iowa Writer's Workshop, Matt Schumacher is a vagabond transplant who considers himself an Oregonian. His first collection of poetry,
, was published by Wordcraft of Oregon in March 2008, and his second, , is hot off the press in spring 2010. Two new projects include favorite maritime drinkings songs of the miraculous alcoholics, a book of drinking songs, and , a book of short prose and poems obsessed by architecture and spiders. His poems have recently appeared in Vallum, Permafrost, and Painted Bride Quarterly.COLETTE TENNANT is an English Professor at Corban University where she has taught creative writing and various literature courses for 15 years. Her poems have appeared in Christianity and Literature, Dos Passos Review, Natural Bridge, Southern Poetry Review, and others. Most recently her poems have appeared in Karamu, Cloudbank, and Vineyard. Her manuscript,
, was a finalist in Main Street Rag’s 2009 book contest and was published by them in February 2010. Colette also enjoys playing the piano and composing. She has written the music for Corban’s Theater Arts Camp for the past 10 years. She has a husband, three kids, and four cats, which is one too many (cats that is).
